How to order
Six steps, a few minutes, and your bottles are on their way. No online payment, no card to enter: you choose to pay on delivery or after receipt, according to the payment method selected.
1. Explore the cellar
Browse our selection of wines, champagnes and spirits, each one chosen for its character. Narrow your search by country, by colour or by category until you find the bottle that speaks to you.
2. Build your basket
Add the bottles that inspire you. An order consists of at least six bottles, with a minimum of two bottles per wine — feel free to mix and match your selections and vary the pleasures.
3. Enter your address
Provide your contact details and your delivery address in Switzerland. Our smart input assistant helps you complete street and locality in just a few keystrokes. Take a moment to check everything before you confirm.
4. Confirm with complete peace of mind
Once your order is placed, a detailed summary lands in your inbox right away. Our team may reach out to confirm a final detail and make sure everything is just right.
5. Receive your bottles
This is the heart of our commitment: no online payment is required, even for your very first order. Delivery is generally within 48 to 72 working hours; some regions may require 5 to 7 working days. On receipt, you can check at your leisure that your order is as it should be.
6. Pay at your own pace
Depending on the method chosen, pay on delivery by cash, bank card or TWINT, or after receipt by payment slip in one, two or three instalments, with no surcharge or additional fee.
