Very deep garnet-red robe. Sumptuous, complex nose of candied cherry, fig, chocolate, leather and spices. Ample, dense and velvety palate of considerable richness, on an endless finish.

Description

Amarone is the king of Veneto reds. Made from dried grapes (air-dried for several months), it reaches an extraordinary concentration and richness. The Riserva designation, with its long ageing, makes it a wine of absolute exception.
