Ripasso is a jewel of the Veneto: the wine re-passes over the Amarone marc, gaining body, richness and complexity. It is rightly nicknamed the "half Amarone".

This Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso offers an accomplished version: a dense, velvety red with notes of candied fruits and spice, combining the finesse of Valpolicella with the power inherited from Amarone. A great Italian classic.
